TRACKING AN ORDER

You'll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours (2 BUSINESS DAYS)after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time that takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination
